This Privacy Policy describes how John Carlo Caintic ("I," "me," or "we") collects, uses, and protects information about visitors to this website and clients of the services described here ("Services").

1. Information I collect

I collect the minimum information needed to deliver Services and respond to inquiries.

• Information you provide directly, your name, email address, company, phone number, and any details you submit through the booking form, contact form, or in email correspondence.
• Booking and meeting data, when you book a consultation through the embedded calendar, your scheduling information is processed by GoHighLevel (the calendar provider) and shared with me to confirm the meeting.
• Project information, during a paid engagement, I may receive credentials, business data, and operational details necessary to build the agreed deliverables. This data is treated as confidential.
• Usage data, basic aggregate analytics (page views, country, referrer) collected by the hosting provider to understand site performance. No personal profiling.

2. How I use information

Information you provide is used to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations.
• Deliver the Services agreed in a written engagement.
• Send project updates, invoices, and engagement-related communication.
• Comply with legal obligations.

I do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services

This website and my Services rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Vercel, hosting and basic analytics.
• GoHighLevel, consultation scheduling and CRM workflows used in client builds.
• Google Workspace, email correspondence and document sharing.
• Project tools (during engagement), n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude Code, and similar platforms used to deliver Services. Specific tools are disclosed in the engagement scope.

4. Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies, only those required for basic site functionality and aggregate analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are placed by this site.

5. Data security

I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transit (HTTPS), access controls on shared client data, and prompt deletion of data no longer needed.

6. Data retention

I retain inquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact. Engagement data is retained for the duration of the project plus 12 months for reference, after which it is deleted unless a longer retention is contractually agreed or legally required.

7. Your rights

8. Children's privacy

This website and my Services are not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
